Foreclosuers a bargin???

No doubt about it, with interest rates plummeting, it is time to go after those great deals in real estate.   Yea, I know, foreclosures are out there, but that is not the only way to get a good deal.   I find it funny when people call me wanting to just pursue foreclosure type properties.   No big deal, but what they forget is that often you can get a better deal from a home owner who has no choice but to sell. 

You know him well; that guy who bought another new home first and is stuck with his old one, the one who got transferred, and let’s not forget about the ever popular divorce sale.   All of these people want to preserve their credit and won’t let their homes go to foreclosure but will sacrifice them to get it off their hands.   Foreclosure sales can be good deals but what they also do is drive the price down for other homes in the area for people who have to sell.  

 Now don’t get me wrong, I wish this market was not happening that we are in.  However, we are here and in it and therefore it can be a great opportunity for those who are willing to invest, and can see that the future holds great prosperity in the next several years.
